Ticket prices can be checked as follows:

I. By having a "calculation" from the https://www.promy.pl/ and selecting the appropriate tariff and completing the form:
- INDIVIDUAL - a passage of foot passengers, people with cars, minibuses and camper vans, up to 9 people;
- GROUP – a passage of a minimum of 10 - 20 people (depending on the conditions of a shipowner), people must travel in one vehicle (bus) or on foot;
- CARGO - a passage of trucks, vans, trucks carrying goods or empty.

II. By sending a "request" (http://www.promy.pl) or e-mail address at info@promy.pl ATTENTION!!! Remember that if you want the query to be sent correctly it must contain:
- the passage route,
- the exact date,
- the number of people
- onboard facilities (deck, seat, cabin),
- vehicle type.

III. By calling PETPOLONIA on the number +48 33 874 77 20.

Ticket for a ferry can be purchased in two ways:
I. Directly by the www.promy.pl:

Booking steps
1. FILL IN THE FORM - fill the booking form on the website www.promy.pl.
2. SELECT THE BOOKING or CALCULATION - Selecting booking or calculation option- choose BOOKING if you know the price or choose CALCULATION, if you do not know it (then a calculation is sent to a specified e-mail with a proposal of the cheapest possible price offer). When selecting BOOKING, in step 3 enter the price that you have calculated. In case of calculation sent to your e-mail you will receive a calculation of the price, type of offer and a link to continue the booking. You can send any number of calculations, and then make booking and payment that best suits your needs. Select BOOKING if you know the price of journey. You will be asked to enter the price in step 3 of booking. Then you may continue completing the form.
3. MAKING A BOOKING / PAYMENT - after filling in the form you will be asked to validate your data and accept the terms. Once you have accepted the booking is confirmed via email you will receive a link redirecting you to the on-line payment.
4. AFTER PAYMENT – you will receive an email with 2 files [confirmation and a document (ticket) with the booking number, which entitles you to enter the ferry]. ATTENTION!!! - The BOOKING is made after the payment by credit card or by dotpay / paypal. In case of lack of tickets or change of the price, the full amount will be refunded (see information on the method of reimbursement). http://www.promy.pl/dotpay_informacja.pdf) ATTENTION!!! bookings are made from Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 17:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00. ATTENTION!!! PETPOLONIA reserves the right to refuse to accept a booking and direct the customer to one of the agency travel agencies.

II . Through one of our agents at travel agencies. PETPOLONIA has more than 650 agents located throughout the country.

The payment for the ticket can be made by credit card, online bank transfer. Transactions are executed by payment operator DOTPAY / PAYPAL.

After payment you will receive an email with 2 pdf files: confirmation and a document with the booking number (ticket). Print the ticket and bring it to the ferry terminal. At the check-in exchange it for the boarding cards, which entitle you to enter the ferry.

Promy.pl system works 24 hours a day, but the tickets are issued and sent during opening hours, ie. Monday to Friday from 09:30 until 18:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00.

Embarkation on the ferry starts 2 hours before departure and ends:
- for people with cars 45 minutes before departure
- for people without vehicles 30 minutes before departure.
After these times shipowner has the right to refuse boarding and the ticket is lost.

If you are willing to make changes to your booking you must report it to the place where you have purchased your ticket, ie. at the travel agency, or if you have purchased a ticket on-line from www.promy.pl you must send the completed “Change Booking” form. When you submit the form you will receive all further instructions and information on the possibility of change and possible costs.
